FLU VACCINE PRE-BOOK INFORMATION

Premium Health Services is now accepting pre-book orders for Novartis Fluvirin flu vaccine for the 2007-2008 flu season.  All pre-books placed via the website will be verified with a follow-up call based on the contact information entered.  We will then notify you when we find out exact shipping dates.  Prior to shipment, we will finalize your pre-book order.  Your facility will not be billed until the vaccine is shipped.

Premium Health Services will be distributing Novartis injectable flu vaccine (Fluvirin), indicated for individuals 4 years and older.  This product is available in a 10-dose vial and is non-returnable.
